Rashmi Aiyappa
Rashmi Aiyappa is the Founder and Managing Trustee of Aashwasan Foundation. Unlike other practitioners of the paranormal, she has to contend with these powers, which can be invoked at will. She can see people like a movie, see their energy patterns and find out parts of the body that are diseased or unhealthy, she can understand the spiritual trauma and the impact of such trauma on the psychological and physiological levels. Though endowed with such remarkable talents, Rashmi used them more informally and at will.
The spiritual knowledge she is born with integrates human science (science of human existence) and objective science (medical science, physical science etc) to bring about a complete and accurate understanding of the universe. Her persistence and acceptance of seeking this knowledge to a level of clarity saw the birth of Aashwasan, thus Aashwasan’s journey is that of rendering this knowledge with clarity to bridge the gap between spirituality and science. She tried to contain it and put her utmost trust and faith in what this knowledge in her was meant for the world. Understanding her purpose, living with this unique knowledge, she was able to bring forth the science of Aura and ESP to this world in a manner that it transformed lives of people, physiologically, psychologically and spiritually. Realizing this responsibility and converting this knowledge using these inborn gifts in the form of tools and techniques and culminating the entire life’s experiences in the form of knowledge gave birth to a ten-stage process called Theory of Transformation, depicting Rashmi’s life experience of her unique journey. This theory is scientific reality that communicates the spiritual essence of life, unveiling all the unspoken and undiscovered concepts of the logical world and demystifying the paranormal and the supernatural of the spiritual world.

Ravi Ramamurthy
R.Ravi is the Chief Advisor and Mentor of Aashwasan Life Enhancement Services Pvt. Ltd. He is also the President of Asia Region for and IT company called Epiance.Inc which funded by the US. Currently, he is the visiting faculty of Bharathidasan Institute of Management to conduct “Transformative Leadership” course. His education history included, B Tech from IIT Chennai in 1985. M Tech in 1988 from IIT Delhi. ICWAI (Inter) degree. PMPI diploma & CQA diploma. first position in the BrainBench test on Project Management (first out of 50,000 people in India). He is the youngest visiting faculty in IMT Ghaziabad (one of the top 20 management institutes as per India Today Survey).
He has developed some unique courses, which have been widely appreciated in India and abroad. Some of the courses, which he relishes to deliver, are – “Adversity”, “Art of War”, “Transformative Leadership” and “Purposeful living”. Written 8 volumes in Physics & sold about 10,000 copies in a year (each volume).
He has trained over 10,000 people and has conducted over 200 programs spanning 15 years. He has worked as a mentor, philosopher and trainer for many of these participants. His need to realize himself led him to seek knowledge. But it came to him when he least expected it. His path crossed Rashmi’s one and a half years back ending his search and all his questions. His life’s meaning became defined. His sense of selflessness, need to help people and inquiry acquired meaning.
Apart from being the chief mentor to the creative enhancement division, Ravi is also a healer at Aashwasan Foundation.

An extremely effective coach and speaker, Sean enjoys every opportunity to provide personal coaching through various coaching tools and techniques to allow people to change their mindset and perception of their current reality.
Sean Tay is the Vice President of Asia Pacific at Aashwasan Life Enhancement Services Pvt. Ltd. He heads the Asia Pacific region and is situated in Malaysia Branch Office. Sean has 10 years of work experience in various industries playing a key role in business development, client support and project management. He has worked for a global Japanese corporation based in Singapore and upon returning to Malaysia he worked for a well established and leading electrical engineering company in Malaysia. As an entrepreneur, he has then founded and built several companies in the areas of construction, trading, and coaching. His passion in helping people achieve their maximum potential is communicated in his workshop called “Purposeful Living”. His philosophy that “Everyone is born with a passion driven purpose and talent” motivates every endeavor to help people in the process of arriving at their life purpose. Sean graduated with a degree in Economics and Mathematics from National University of Singapore (NUS).
He found his passion driven purpose when he met Rashmi almost a year ago and since then life has taken on a greater meaning for him. He is now a healer and a transformatory counselor at Aashwasan Foundation.
Sylvia Hii
Sylvia Hii is the General Manager – Global Services of Aashwasan Life Enhancement Services Pvt. Ltd. Sylvia recognized the role to make Aashwasan as a “movement” together with the team. Within a year, Aashwasan’s Spiritual Science had achieved an amazing results by making a difference in people’s life through various ways. We are able to work with various IT & BPO corporate clients, medical centres, schools & Colleges. She is a born entrepreneur, Sylvia's skills comes from her practical exposure to various industries and cultures. After graduating from Bemidji State University Minnesota in Business Administration, she joined Bank of America in San Francisco that initiated her career in Banking & Finance sector. She continued to work in the same sector for 4 years including Citibank Malaysia for 18 months.
She achieved what most beginners can only dream of. She found a team to start up a franchisee business in India. The company was funded by a few individuals who recognized the talent & the passion of the team. She successfully set up the business in Bangalore and then took it to Mumbai. With her passion in event management, Sylvia managed to organize more than 20 networking events in Bangalore supported by a lot of entrepreneurs association including Young Entrepreneurs Organization, Bangalore Management Association, The Franchise Association in Mumbai and etc. Her business allowed her to network with over 3000 entrepreneurs all over the world while representing India Operation. Through this platform, she also facilitated a few foreign businessmen to start up their ventures in Bangalore. She was one of the active members in Overseas Women’s Club Bangalore in 2005/06.
Her life took a turn when she met Rashmi Aiyappa, the founder, chairman and CEO of Aashwasan. Sylvia realized that she had somewhere always been passionate about making a difference to lives of people. Thus she chose to transit from her business and join Aashwasan in 2006. Today, Sylvia found her purpose as a aura healer and counselor in Aashwasan Foundation.
Trishna Pandey
Right from the beginning she wanted to know who she was and what her purpose in life was. Underneath the search was a deep-seated need to help people. Her career saw her to various areas in HR and IT fields. She worked extensively in recruitment, people development and OD. She has also extensive experience with business development of software solutions and software product. Although successful, her inner restlessness and search she chose to shift her focus to psychology and counseling. She worked extensively with corporate heads and teams of many well-known companies including Daedulus Consulting, SIEMENS, Sonim Technologies etc. She has been invited to talk at Rotary Midtown, MATS Business School, India International School and represented Aashwasan in Srilanka.
She is General Manager, Special Projects Department of Aashwasan Life Enhancement Services Pvt Ltd. And healer in Aashwasan Foundation that takes care of special needs children. Her passion to empower a system to an extent that it develops and transforms people associated with it. This passion has led her to work closely with schools, colleges and corporate at organizational level.
Maithili B
Maithili from a very young age found Art and Language to be an expression of her soul. Her passion and her pursuit of her dreams manifested as excellence in both literature and art. She won scholarship in both her graduate and post masters course in literature.
Her ability to excel has always stemmed from her passion. Her highest dream and purpose is to be with people. While she does not articulate it, she lives it every day of her life at Aashwasan. She knew that her mission in this life is to help others, transform their lives, give purpose to their dreams and make their dreams come true.
At Aashwasan, Maithili is a General Manager - ALES division of Aashwasan Life Enhancement Services Pvt Ltd and also a healer in Aashwasan Foundation that reaches out to many people to address illness, bring out their infinite potential and empower them to live their purpose of life. Abhishek Singhal is a General Manager - Finance of Aashwasan Life Enhancement Services Pvt. Ltd. He heads the Taxation & Finance Department of Head Office. He has done Masters in Finance. Gurpreet Kaur
Gurpreet always found herself wanting to reach out to people whichever vocation she chose, be it Jet Airways as a customer Support Associate, New Era Consultancy Pvt Ltd, as a Recruitment Officer or even with ICICI Prudential as an Insurance Advisor. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from National Institute of Management and Information Science, Bangalore.
Her search for purpose and her inner need to serve people brought her to Aashwasan where she found direction and meaning of her life. At Aashwasan, she is involved in marketing. She is one of the members chosen to take the journey of Aashwasan forward. She is now a healer at Aashwasan Foundation.

LT.COL B.B. AIYAPPA (Retd)
Idealist, hard-core professional, gentle heart altruist and philanthropist – these are just a few aspects of multifarious personality of Lt. Col. Aiyappa. He always found himself more inclined to people development in whichever capacity he worked. He has done extensive social work all over the country particularly on anti-leprosy drive, blood donation, Cheshire Home, handicapped children, etc. He was awarded "Chief's Commendations Medal" for the distinguished service & devotion to duty in saving the life & property of a township in a major fire accident in Jammu & Kashmir.

Aura Reading:
The life force energy or the aura carries imprints of one's existence. These patterns reveal an individual's physiological, psychological and spiritual condition. Aura Healing:

"I head a newly formed division in our company (a Top 15 IT Software services organisation in India) with 5 different Domain heads reporting to me.
