Today’s session was by far, the most incredible that I have had so far. Initially I was extremely restless, and being restless was getting to me even more than being restless since I knew this was going to be the last session, but almost suddenly I could hear the music entirely on my left, even without trying to focus. It was so unbelievable it was actually louder on the left than on the right. After a while, I could feel something leaving my body, it was so unreal at the same time so tangible…after that there was a feeling of being surrounded by infinite space and everything else around just disappeared.

"I head a newly formed division in our company (a Top 15 IT Software services organisation in India) with 5 different Domain heads reporting to me. The Domains were such that to a large extent they were 'compartmentalised', yet for software development efforts, there was inter-dependency across domains. After about a year of operations, I found that the team (while respecting each other professionally) did not quite lean on each other possibly owing to an element of mistrust or not having done that kind of thing before.As a leader, I decided that it was important for the group to work collaboratively with each other as a first option, rather than a last! However, after going thru the session and obtaining individual feedbacks, I must say my team was definitely Transformed. One could see them believing in each other, trusting each other and actually leaning on each other. So much so that while one of the Managers had steadfasterdly refused to 'loan' his resoucres to another for projects under a different group, immediately after the intervention, he came forward to not just loan but transfer the individual to the other group. This has stood the receiving manager in good stead and his practice has started burgeoning!Aashwasan kind of approach would appear to be unusual at first, but believe me, it works!
